Athens Christian School - college signing form

Please submit this form if you would like to participate in our annual college signing celebration. This is a time in May when all middle and high school students and staff gather to honor our Seniors.

Everyone should arrive on campus 15 minutes prior to signing and park in visitor parking.
Everyone should be in places for the signing at least 5 minutes prior to start time.
Names of all people in attendance will need to be listed on this form. Typically, those in attendance are: immediate family, collegiate representative(s), ACS coaches and administrators that are requested, and possibly a few close teammates.
