This will be my third year of ministry at Athens Christian School.  I am thrilled to have recently attained my Masters of Education in Educational Leadership.  I also hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in Speech Communication, along with many years of management experience.  Prior to coming to ACS, I worked in ministry for twelve years as a Preschool Director, Youth Director, and Children's Minister.  My husband, Billy, and I have three children, Bennett-8th grade, Merritt- 3rd grade, and LilaBelle- 1st grade.  We are an active family that enjoys running, biking, swimming, and most recently have begun to race in triathlons.  God has given me a passion for sharing the love of God with children.  I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity to love your children and to build relationships with you!  I consider it an honor to share my love of scripture with both you and your children.  Seeking to minister with a servant's heart, I welcome each of you with open arms and open heart.  I hope to inspire others with an energetic love of adventure and a sincere desire to make these formative years a memorable and valuable experience for your children that will leave them with a lifelong love of learning!!!
It is with great honor that I serve each day with the very best group of teachers!  Their heart for children, for God's Word, and for teaching is beyond expression.  We seek to forge partnerships with our families that will motivate student growth in all areas of excellence!  It is our collective prayer that your children grow in more than their academic knowledge, but that they leave our building with a love and knowledge of God, their Creator, fully prepared to do amazing things throughout not only their school career, but their lifetime.  Dream BIG, little ones!!!
