Welcome to Middle School at ACS where students are encouraged academically, spiritually, and
emotionally. We at Athens Christian know the middle school years can be a challenge, but our well-
qualified and committed teachers are here to help students navigate these new waters. We encourage
students to explore who they are and who Christ has designed them to be in all areas.

The ACS Middle School program offers a challenging curriculum with a variety of teaching strategies and
resources which will equip students to reach their full potential. Each student will experience the core
subjects of language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and Bible, as well as a variety of
electives. Our classes will prompt students to learn new concepts, apply mastered skills, and think
critically across all curriculums while filtering this new knowledge through Biblical integration.

Middle School students are encouraged to build relationships with others and get involved in our many
extra-curricular activities. The ACS teachers and staff strive to provide engaging activities which prompt
critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity to promote a well-rounded middle school student who will
be ready to serve others and succeed in their future.

I am honored to serve alongside an amazing Middle School Staff. We appreciate the opportunity to
