Over the years, ACS Mock Trial Team members have earned an impressive 55 individual Best Witness Awards and 55 individual Best Lawyer Awards — 110 total recognitions.

In 2017, ACS was the Runner-Up in the Region Competition and advanced to the District Competition for the first time in school history.

In 2018, ACS was again the Region Runner-Up, advancing to the District Competition for the second consecutive year.

In 2019, ACS had a strong showing at the National Mock Trial Competition, finishing tied for 26th in the nation.

During the State Competition in 2025, the ACS Mock Trial Team made history once again, being named Region Champions and advancing to both the District and State Competitions. Competing against schools from every classification, the team finished 10th in the State of Georgia — an incredible accomplishment that reflects the hard work, preparation, and excellence of our students and coaches.

At the State Competition, Bryson Campbell, Kaiya Smoot, and Hannah Stephenson each earned the Most Outstanding Lawyer Award in the rounds in which they competed.
