ALL Athletes who compete in sports at Athens Christian School MUST have a current athletic sports physical on file. Location: 1305 Jennings Mill Rd., Building 300, Watkinsville, GA 30677 Recommended Attire: Shorts & T-shirt Student-athletes must bring a completed copy of the physical form (ACS Website, Athletics tab, "student athletic forms") including health history.
